Vanilla, Cherry, Almond Butter, and Spinach Shake Recipe

Serves: 1

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Vanilla protein powder (~20 grams pea protein, 5 grams fiber)

1 cup frozen unsweetened cherries

1 Tbsp almond butter (or 1 Tbsp MCT oil)

1 handful frozen raw spinach

8-12 ounces liquid or coconut milk

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
